Jane Austen Zombie Apocalypse @ The Arts at Marks Grange

On The Spot remounts their first ever scripted full-length 2-act play format set in the world of Jane Austen with all the gore, suspense and effects of a zombie thriller. 

 
Jane Austen Zombie Apocalypse combines the classic literary works of Jane Austen (Pride & Prejudice, Sense & Sensibility, and Emma), mashed up with the classic horror flicks of zombie filmmaker George Romero (Night of the living Dead, Day of the Dead, and Diary of the Dead).  
 
Jane Austen Zombie Apocalypse plays June 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30. At the Arts at Marks Garage.

6th Annual Jane Austen Festival @ Historic Locust Grove

Peregrine’s Home for Peculiars in Theaters
Jul 31 – Aug 1 all-day

Peregrine’s Home for Peculiars is planned to be out in theaters July 31, 2015. The film is based on Ransom Riggs‘ debut novel, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. It will be directed by Tim Burton. The script will be written by Jane Goldman, who also worked on X-Men: First Class.
