To celebrate the 200th Anniversary of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice The Jane Austen Society of North America – Greater Chicago Region (JASNA-GCR) is presenting a live reading.
The Jane Austen Guild will be hosting this conference at Covey Center for the Performing Arts, celebrating all things Austen with a focus on the 200th anniversary of the publication of Pride and Prejudice.

BELLE is inspired by the true story of Dido Elizabeth Belle (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), the illegitimate mixed race daughter of Admiral Sir John Lindsay (Matthew Goode).
