Austen author Regina Jeffers will be speaking on “Re”Imagining Jane Austen at Inter_Section Gallery 629 N. Trade St. at 1:00-1:45 p.m.
Discussion followed by book signing. Book signing tent from 1:15-2:45 p.m.
Regina Jeffers will be there for book sales, signing, and greeting readers.
The Jane Austen Guild will be hosting this conference at Covey Center for the Performing Arts, celebrating all things Austen with a focus on the 200th anniversary of the publication of Pride and Prejudice.
Colette Saucier will be in attandance at the Trista Ann Michaels ROMFEST 2013.
Hollow City, the second novel of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs will be available in bookstores.
This production of Pride & Prejudice is adapted by Jon Jory from the novel by Jane Austen. It is directed by Sharon Andrews. Production sponsored by Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
Shows are Thursday – Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
Peregrine’s Home for Peculiars is planned to be out in theaters July 31, 2015. The film is based on Ransom Riggs‘ debut novel, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. It will be directed by Tim Burton. The script will be written by Jane Goldman, who also worked on X-Men: First Class.
