Staring: Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway and so many more. This movie production of Les Miserables is unique in that all the actors were filmed singing their own lines rather than lip-syncing to prerecorded tracks.

Friday evening talk: Regency Fashion
A weekend full of diversions to immerse any Jane Austen devotee in the style of Regency England with a literary theme. For more information visit the Governor’s House in Hyde Park’s Jane Austen Weekends event page.
Regina Jeffers will be making an appearance and signing books at the August-Richmond County Public Library during this event.
Colette Saucier will be in attendance at the Authors After Dark Romance Convention.
Please note: Authors After Dark for 2013 will have a MAX of 100 authors. The attendee limit is 500. YA day passes will be limited to 100.
Lynn Shepherd author of A Treacherous Likeness (UK edition)/A Fatal Likeness (US edition) will be speaking at the Keats-Shelley House in Rome.
Jane Austen’s Emma adapted by Michael Bloom and directed by Kathryn MacMillan will be performed by the Lantern Theater Company during October.
